There were hints this might happen (same with Nyheim Hines and the Colts), but the Denver Broncos traded Bradley Chubb to the Miami Dolphins. I believe Chubb is a free agent after this season.

I see that several other programs have gotten hit with some significant injuries lately including our friends over in Orange County. I never like to see kids get injured but for folks that think it's just NC State, it's not. Van Dyke could be done for the year at Miami, Syracuse lost their top corner and one of the best in the ACC to a torn ACL and Saturday UNC lost both starting DEs (Taylor and Evans) and starting RB (Hood) for the season. Lots of teams going to be tested down the stretch to see what type of quality depth they have been able to build their roster with and how well those kids have been coached up.

I found it interesting that Cleveland has apparently passed some guys at DE and is now listed on our two deep there. Unfortunately we may get some glimpses of what the young freshman may bring in the future beginning on Saturday.

Former NC State standout Nyheim Hines was traded from the Indianapolis Colts to the Buffalo Bills, where he'll have a chance to win a Super Bowl perhaps.

Unfortunately something came up and I won’t be able to go to the Wake Forest game this Saturday. I have 4 seats in Section 27 Row K on the isle (about 35 yd line). All 4 have cushioned seatbacks. Parking pass is Stadium Southeast 97111 which is on the end of the row. Park next to the spot along the road and tailgate in the spot. Asking $275 for all 4 tickets and parking pass. Tickets are e-tickets and can transfer them. I live north Raleigh for local meet up for the parking pass or can 2 day the pass today for additional $15.

Boston College is coming off a difficult loss against UConn. Hard to believe BC defeated Louisville at one point after what happened this past weekend.

Wake Forest landed Wolfeboro (N.H.) Brewster Academy senior wing Aaron Clark earlier this week, and on Friday, the Demon Deacons landed junior wing Bryson Cokley of Arden (N.C.) Christ School. Taking Cokley this early is surprising, but could be good for NC State, who had shown interest in him.
