The Browns, with Johnny Manziel in rehab and Brian Hoyer a free agent, might be looking into the former Wolfpack signal caller, according to Jeremy Fowler of ESPN. Sounds like that is a rumor Fowler has heard.

Makes sense for Cleveland in my opinion, but it would be interesting to see what it would take because he is the only QB on Tampa's roster besides an undrafted free agent who spent his rookie year on the Dolphins' practice squad (although they are almost certain to take FSU's Jameis Winston No. 1 in the draft).

From the article:

"While I haven't heard of any formal offers, Glennon should be a player to watch in the Browns' Great QB race -- if the Bucs are willing to part with him.

The Bucs might need Glennon as insurance for gap-bridging with Jameis Winston, the likely No. 1 overall pick. Coach Lovie Smith said the team is moving forward with Glennon as the slated starter unless proven otherwise.

But there is some intrigue in Berea over Glennon, who has thrown for 4,025 yards, 29 touchdowns and 14 interceptions in 18 starts.

He's not as good as Bradford but a decent fallback option for Cleveland."
