I believe everyone was pleased with the defense against the CHeats and Louisville. Some were upset with a stretch against Va Tech. For those that think the team got lazy against Va Tech, did you watch any of the Va Tech - Duke game lastnight?
Va Tech carved them up all night like they did against us for 10 minutes. Now we all know Duke stresses effort and defense.
My point being the opponent making shots does not equal poor defense. Some times the offense executes a little better and the ohter team hits difficult shots.
if Va Tech had any big men at all Duke loses that game.
