The NC State Pro Day is today at Close-King Indoor facility.
They traditionally have restricted the media from being near the action, so we are essentially 50-60 yards away (even the photogs/videographers have their own perch a gazillion yards away), and historically have never given out results, so the interviews that occur afterwards are a little weird not knowing 40 times, bench press, vertical jumps, etc. I’ll see if binoculars might help with bench press reps. But usually 4-5 players are willing to talk about the process.
I still think some good information and maybe past NC State testing results for the participants will come out of the day. My hunch is schools will start to embrace coverage of Pro Day in the future due to it being a recruiting tool.
I am also curious who will be throwing passes to Thayer Thomas. It could be maybe Mike Glennon if he’s around. But it would be kind of cool if Lex Thomas was doing it. I don’t know if Brennan Armstrong has any past connection to Thomas, but if he slings it around, that would be good too.
