Georgia Tech might not have a permanent coach, but that didn't stop four-star junior quarterback Jakhari Williams of Macon (Ga.) First Presbyterian Day from verbally committing Monday. I had mentioned Williams in Friday's The Run Down as the Wolfpack had offered him.
