I went and looked some stats from last year. Last year, A Freeman, Sam Hunt and OY made 143 3 pointers for a combined 41%. Those three made 54% of our 3 pointers that were made. Their loss may explain part of our shooting problems this year. Last year BB and MJ shot very good 39% and 41%. This year BB and MJ hit 36 % and 41%. CJB hit a respectable 38% , but DD and DJF hit 30% and 27% respectively. Basically we replaced Hunt (42%) and OY (50%) with DD (30% ) and DJF (27%). Actually CJB made about the same % as AF and actually was much better on his 2 pointers. BB's 3 point % dropped a little from 39% to 36%. The bottom line we really missed Sam Hunt's shooting in a big way and OY to a lesser degree. For the season Sam Hunt made 51 3s and DD made 31. AF made 70 3's and CJB made only 37 each shooting about the same 38%. So Sam Hunt and AF made 121 3's and CJB and DD only made 68.
