In a surprise twist, Sam Hauser has elected to transfer to Virginia, but Joey Hauser is going to Michigan State.
Sam Hauser, who has one year left, is a really good outside shooter, but maybe not as quick as say Joe Harris was for UVA. He averaged 14.9 points and 7.2 rebounds per game and shot 40.2 percent from the field and 92.4 percent from the line.
This leaves Virginia at 12 scholarship players for next year, so history has shown they'll go and get one more player.
