Attended the North Wilkes vs North Surry game last night and was pleased to learn that the NS player that dominated the game against my Vikings is 6-2 FRESHMAN (gulp) Elle Sutphin who committed to State last year in 8th grade. The expectation is that the commitment will stick as she is a die-hard Wolfpack fan and the asst coaches have been to her games this year. She can dribble the length of the floor at full tilt and is a good shooter out to 18 feet. It'll be great to keep an eye on her in the coming years.
