It clearly quotes the Coach and the players who admitted that they were "tired" after getting home from Louisville @2am Friday morning. For NCSU athletes that actually attend class, some of you need to chill on our weak game today.

My logical, rational reasons for our struggles today:
1. Markell Johnson was easing back into playing again after several weeks. As we have all witnessed on multiple occasions, as MJ goes... so goes NC State.
2. Our team was emotionally drained and physically tired.
3. Our coaches had to cancel our shoot around this AM, because of our schedule.
4. Our "bigs" get absolutely no respect from the refs. Why? I have no idea. So called nit picky illegal picks, shot blocking attempts, blocks instead of charges... our "bigs" are always in foul trouble.
5. Clemson was clearly a DIFFICULT team for our team & especially our FANS to "get up" for.
6. We had a lead in the 2nd half, but with only a few veteran players, we didn't hold it. The more PT our guys get the better they will be in the long run.
7. Devon Daniels didn't play that much. Where is the praise for Coach KK? :)
8. Clemson played on Tuesday night and had 2 more days rest.
9. Coach Brownell really was hoping to be the next NC State coach before Gott was hired. Many times players that were recruited by another team "go off" on that team when they play them. This was a game that Brownell really wanted to win. Due to all the reasons above, he had a great chance. Fortunately, we pulled out the miracle win.
10. And I saved the best for last. Good ole' Jpack mentions me in a post, even though I was at work, saying that we lost to Clemson. A post that will live in infamy! Good job Jpack!!
