Former Charlotte Chambers High wing Tarris Bouie has been offered. He’s come a long way in the last two years mostly as he puts on weight. He has probably gained 20 pounds to get to the 160s, but he’s got juice to his game when things are going well.
He is now going to Cleveland SPIRE Institute and legendary prep coach Kevin Boyle. He’ll be with Team Thad in the Nike EYBL for the summer. He showed flashes this past week at NBPA Camp.
Bouie’s former prep teammate Markus Kerr is going to Wolfeboro (N.H.) Brewster Academy and reclassing to 2027. He’ll now be in competition with guys like King Gibson, Jordan Page, Ricky Moore Jr. and L.J. Smith on the wing.
