When we are looking for a coach, many on here want a young coach that can better relate to the players. But, when I look at the ages of the teams that comprise the sweet 16, it looks like older coaches are the ones that make up that list (for the most part). Was wondering if others had similar or different ideas. Even several of the "tainted" coaches seem to be doing better than the young coaches.
