This is a question for the Mods and maybe Gravis.
What is the outside or industry perception of Keats and more importantly his coaching staff?
From what I know not much real high level experience on the staff. Did Keats make the mistake of hiring friends and young staff from his last stop and not go for the best staff he could put together?
As others have said most of the players outside of DJ have regressed under this staff. The players and team year after year do the same things wrong.
Keats continues to be unwilling to be flexible and create a system on offense and defense that fits his players strengths. Sort of like the definition of insanity when you do the same thing wrong over and over.
Just losing faith in the whole program and I would love to know how this staff I'd thought of outside of the building.
