Recruiting Could NC State do a reverse Joshua Harris?

As many know, nose tackle Joshua Harris picked NC State out of high school, transferred to Ole Miss and then transferred this past year to North Carolina.

Now...

Rocky Mount (N.C.) High product Keshawn Silver picked North Carolina out of high school, and transferred to Kentucky, and now plans to enter the transfer portal.

The 6-4, 336-pound nose tackle had 26 tackles and a sack this season for the Wildcats.
