Jonesboro (Ga.) High sophomore shooting guard M.J. Walker has an NC State football offer at wide receiver, and he is ranked No. 16 overall in basketball in the class of 2017 by Rivals.com. He has always been playing the older guys in hoops with Atlanta XPress. I first saw him the July going into his freshman year at the Peach State Summer Showcase in Aiken, S.C., and knew he was a no-brainer high major basketball prospect. Then saw him a month later at the CP3 Rising Stars camp in Lewisville, N.C., and that clinched it. I haven't seen him since, but should get the opportunity in early July.
