Jim Bowden is the former Nationals GM and is now an analyst for ESPN. He recently said on Sirius XM that he thinks Trea Turner (who was just officially traded from the Padres Sunday, although it was the worst-kept secret in baseball) will be the Nats' everyday shortstop by Aug. 1.
