Most had UNC and Duke as the favorites, but then the head of 1 Family traveling team conspired to push him toward Miami and he was arrested. His family has erupted at the news on social media, and it has become a hot mess. Miami also hasn't made any moves with its staff yet over it (yet), so that is them saying there is nothing to see there.
ESPN's Jeff Goodman is predicting UNC in what is being called the "safe haven" choice. Duke has played that card well over the years too when battling for players perceived to be play for pay.
