Good video story by Ken Medlin, WRAL.
"Through the first week of workouts, Hines has demonstrated his flexibility, impressing on the punt return team and lining up as a slot receiver.
"He can handle the ball," head coach Dave Doeren said. "As you guys know our receivers carry the ball a lot, and the way he's been catching it and his return skills, he's got a lot of skill sets so he's going to play in the slot a lot."
Hines said he was prepared to do whatever is asked.
"I feel like the coaches, if they want me to be in space or run out of the backfield, they'll have things set up for me to do that," Hines said.
Wolfpack quarterback Jacoby Brissett said the freshmen are showing that they belong.
"A lot of those players are really good. They're a talented group of kids," Brissett said. "They are all stepping up, helping us as a team and pushing other players."
