Mint Hill (N.C.) Rocky River sophomore guard Jaden Springer has started to distance himself from the field as the "it" guy in the state of North Carolina in the class of 2020.
UCLA offered on Thursday, and he has other high major offers from Wake Forest, Georgia Tech, Virginia Tech, Auburn and Kansas State. He didn't play with one of the high-powered shoe-sponsored traveling teams this spring/summer, instead opting for Bobby Maze's crew. Maze is a former Oklahoma and Tennessee point guard.
