Anyone else following the plight of Archie’s Hoosier program?
They have lost 12 of last 13. Fans are irrate and feel Archie is underachieving given the talent on this team, including the Langford kid, who is projected as a Top-5 draft pick.
In last two weeks Iowa, and specifically shooting guard Jordan Bohannon, have ripped Indianas heart out at the buzzer with a collection of bizzare circus shots to steal the win, including last night. Think Braxton’s shot over Clemson. Bohannon has done this twice to indiana and quickly becoming a folk hero in Iowa City.
Lots of buyers remorse among Indiana fans on hiring Archie. Many are ready to admit the mistake and make the change now, citing UNC’s mistake with Coach Doh and their willingness to pull the plug quickly and correct.
Many here were upset at the time that Archie spurned us for Indiana. Good lesson in “be careful what you wish for”. Doubt many would take Archie over Keatts at this juncture.
