This is one of my good friends sons. I promised his father that I would share it here. Jayden Johnson is as fine a young man as you will ever encounter. He's also a great athlete from a family of athletes. He has had to overcome more adversity than a young man should ever be asked and it speaks to his character just how well we has responded. His mother, a middle school teacher, died suddenly one night and only a few months later the family lost everything in a house fire. Jayden helped his father pull everything together and helped raise his two younger brothers who are also fine young men. It meant that he got a late jump on his basketball career as a home schooler.
