Wake Forest continues to recruit well and landed four-star power forward Jaylen Hoard of High Point (N.C.) Wesleyan Christian. NC State, Maryland, USC, Washington, were some of the others involved.
Hoard never seemed to warm up to the recruiting process, and the native of France clearly went with the school that he has been to the most unofficially. That homecourt advantage combined with some clear early playing time possibilities got it done for the Demon Deacons. Rivals.com ranked him No. 29 overall in the class of 2018, and he joins Sharone Wright Jr. in WFU's class.
