If NC State gets Memphis star guard P.J. Haggerty, Paul Mbiya shows up to play center and the Pack get a solid power forward piece, I think NC State will be a top 25 team. If Virginia gets power forward Thijs de Ridder of Belgium and whoever else, we'll see them jump into top 25 contention.
With Baye Ndongo back at Georgia Tech it will help the Yellow Jackets considerably with the additions of German Davi Remagen, Lamar Washington and Kam Craft to the backourt. They'll use two new centers — massive Missouri center Peyton Marshall and incoming freshman Mouhamed Sylla arriving. I like Georgia Tech and Clemson more than Notre Dame. I wouldn't count out Syracuse either.
This isn't going to be a four-bid league next year.
