I'm probably going to get killed for asking the question below but going to throw it out anyway.
So I keep hearing Keatts will not say no to NC State. If true, great news as he would be terrific Plan B or Plan C guy.
However, what worries me is what happens if Illinois, Missouri, Clemson or LSU offer Keatts while we wait on Miller, Marshall, Holtman or Wade to give us a decision and/or season to end.
Question: Does State give Keatts a contingency offer of say 4-5 years at $1.5 Million and say your our guy if Coach A or Coach B say no. Basically, hold onto Keatts until a certain time/date?
I assume no way but UNCW probably finish season before Dayton, Wichita State, Butler or VCU
