Enough about Herb, Piccolo girl, etc.
What do people think about the Louisville Matchups? Specifically defensively.
1. Turner vs Blackshear.
(This one is easy to me. Basically the same guy, Same body type, Same lack of foot speed at times, prefer to shoot three's, limited off the dribble. If anything this is a good matchup for Ralston because he wont be forced to guard some 6'2 guard that can take him off the bounce. If Martin comes in I assume he take Blackshear)
2. Barber/Lacey vs Quinn Snyder/Rozier.
( Here's where it gets tricky. Do you prefer our best on ball defender (Cat) to match up with the Ville freshman PG and try to disrupt and rattle him or do you put Barber on Rozier, Louisville's best guard, scoring threat and try to stay in front of him and not let him get hot, etc? Im assuming we do a little bit of both. Can Lacey guard Rozier? I also expect when Dez Lee enters the game he is going straight to Rozier and the remaining guard will slide over.
3. Freeman/Abu/Anya vs Harrell
(Try and tag team Harrell, beat him up, get him in foul trouble, match his intensity and put a body on him. Group effort.)
4. Matheang, Mamoud, Okanou)
(Other big takes these guys who are limited offensively).
