That saying, NC State really is a healthy squad this season. Cornerback Cecil Powell, defensive back Christopher Scott and tight end Ezemdi Udoh aren't dressed out. A good number of the class of 2022 is here but not dressed, so they'll likely be planning redshirt seasons.
