NC State, Cincinnati, Georgia Tech, Kentucky, Maryland, Michigan, North Carolina and Virginia Tech have made the top eight for Jordan Shipp. In my mind, it is probably a top three with NC State, Michigan and UNC, and the only surprise to not make it was South Carolina, so that might mean the Gamecocks haven't pushed hard.
