NC State has offered soon-to-be top five sophomore power forward Isaiah Todd of Richmond (Va.) John Marshall High. He could open up the Rivals.com class of 2020 rankings at No. 1. Todd has been mentioned off and on for over a year now on the board.
Todd is originally from Baltimore, Md., and then made his way down to Richmond where he plays for the high school that the Team Loaded VA coach is the coach of. He is on the Team Loaded VA 16s squad, and he's been a standout at various USA Basketball camps. Todd and Greg Brown III of Austin, Texas, were the top two power forwards I saw at the CP3 Rising Stars Camp last August. Brown easily won the matchup in the all-star game, but Todd is such a gifted outside shooter for a 6-8, 6-9 guy.
