Northwestern State second-year freshman power forward/center Kendal Coleman had quite a season. He averaged 15.4 points, 10.1 rebounds and 1.3 blocks in 28.7 minutes per game last year. The 6-foot-8, 220-pounder beat up on the small schools, but also played Baylor, Texas A&M, LSU, Louisiana Tech, Oklahoma, Tulsa, SMU and Houston in the non-conference.
