Farmville (N.C.) Central sophomore combo guard Terquavian Smith will be coming to the West Virginia at NC State football game. He's still very much under the radar, but he flashed some potential high major abilities when I watched him at the N.C. Top 80 Camp last March. He played with CP3 15s. Lots of point guards and combo guards in the class of 2021 in the state of North Carolina (but not much size or wings so far).
