Let me preface this post by saying I am more than happy that the NCAA changed their ruling on Braxton after he hired a lawyer, but it should have never gotten to that point. With that said, it seems that if you bring a lawyer to the table when dealing with the NCAA they crumble, i.e. Cheats.
