NC State doesn't really have a non-conference home game of note this season, but Nebraska is the lone "name" opponent. Pittsburgh transfer Trey McGowens will miss the Dec. 1 game at PNC Arena. His younger brother Bryce McGowens, a freshman guard, is getting NBA buzz.
