Ok, we are 4 - 1 with that loss to a very good Creighton team that is just on fire from the field.
Our next 8...we should win. Even at Illinois.
For the next 4 hopefully we have Mav and Kapita back into the lineup. The last four, we will be able to integrate Y7.
The guys getting the current play are starting to define their roles. DSJ is just a load and has more than a capable backup in Markell Johnson. Dorn and Henderson they both are ballers. Abu is a legit double/double machine and when he is able to play the #4 fully will be tough to defend. Mav...you have to believe he has matured and will be a steady player and give us that 12 to 20 on any given night. Kapita will had energy and a low post presence an Y7...it will be interesting.
We definitely need to improve our defense, without a doubt. Dribble penetration to me and stopping it would be priority #1. I have to believe better rebound positioning and offside blockouts will get better.
The real season would then start 12/31 at Miami.
