Omer Yurtseven Struggles

What is the story with Omer? Are we not featuring him enough? Is he just not used to the speed of American basektball (seems like a generic cop out)? People around college basketball were effusive in their praise for him. He looks lost. Any ideas? I have very little basketball knowledge, so I dont know if we are just not using him correctly.
