I was listening to Joe G's pod and he had KK on there and asked him what surprised him most coming into the job. Keatts didn't go into deep details, but seemed to elude to how much of a mess he inherited when he got the job. Joe mentioned the APR/NCAA which I knew about, but curious if anyone had any particular insights into some of the things that were on at the time.
