I had heard this about 45 days ago from a good source.
Then the last two weeks, the talk was Georgia was going to hire a minority candidate.
Now, that clearly was just chatter.
NC State coach Boo Corrigan is extremely tight with White due to working with his dad at Notre Dame and Duke. I think he would have been option one, two and three if NC State had an opening.
White is very clean and that has never worked at Georgia … see Mark Fox.
