Oh my God.

Incredibly sad, from multiple perspectives, including a victim- Sandusky's own adopted son, investigators, Paterno's family, PSU fans, local reporters.

The school's reaction is much, much worse in its cover-up. Paterno seemed so out of touch. His wife is naive.

The thing that disgusted me to no end, aside from the obvious, was the reaction and self-victimization of a large portion of Penn State football fans and students. It is like a crazy asylum. The riots, the overdramatic theatrics over a coach, fans blaming anyone but their culture that protected Sandusky or Paterno, blaming victims' lawyers, blaming the media, even blaming other schools in self-righteous BS.... hell even my own experiences with Penn State fans show they care more about their football team than the victims.

These people are just sick. As much as we hate UNC, nothing is as delusional and disgusting as the wacknuts in Happy Valley. I feel bad for the players, but seriously screw their fans.
