One of the things I remember thinking when Keatts was hired was his enthusiasm and emphasis on player development. Not only are guys not getting better under him, they’re actually regressing. Almost all of these guys have bwen in the program multiple years and not a single one has gotten noticeably better or added new tools to their game. No one can shoot, which is simply outrageous. Some of gotten worse.
