Does anyone know of a good metric for player effectivenes or efficiency?? Something that could be used to show change from year to year with 1st year as a baseline. I thought maybe something like adding PPG, RPG, Assists, Blocks, minus TOs and then dividing total by MPG?
Even better if there is a site somewhere that already has this metric??
