Punt returners and kick returners announced...

NC State will have junior running back Matt Dayes and freshman wide receiver Nyheim Hines on kick returns, and junior wide receiver Bra'Lon Cherry and Hines are 1-2 on punt returns. NCSU has had two punt returners on the field at times in the past.
