NCAA issues waiver to allow redshirts to play in bowl games

The move will help rosters that have been hit hard by injuries, opt-outs and/or players entering the transfer portal.

Is the end of the world upon us? NCAA has actually done something that will help.

This makes a lot of sense given the impact of the transfer portal and players opting out to prepare for the NFL draft.
