Justin Foster leads the in-state kids. Linebacker from Boiling Springs Crest is at No. 53. UNC-commit Jonah Melton, offensive guard from Eastern Alamance High in Mebane is the only other one in there at No. 86. (Melton, I'm sure, is a very nice player that NC State offered and wanted, but from what I saw at NCSU's summer camp No. 86 may be a tad generous.)
