I don't know if Notre Dame's three commitments knocked them out of the running, but some viewed the Fighting Irish as the favorite during the summer.
Rivals.com ranks the 6-foot-6, 185-pound Bey at No. 102 overall in the class of 2018. He's a no frills, hard-working, good teammate type of player. Could be pretty good on the defensive end, and was much better with D.C. Premier in a team set-up than individual camps with new teammates.
