Power 5/High Major with 35 (34) formerly the RPI or better, with 20 plus wins (22) and .500 (10-10) will be left out
Or
Team with non conference SOS of 353 will be let in
Bad: SOS, bad losses Ga Tech/Wake
Good: NET 34 and 9 Quad 1 and 2 wins
Also, 5 games against probable #1 seeds, 10 games against Top 20 in NET and 15 against Top 50 in NET. Won 10 games in toughest league
