Show on ESPN about a NCSU fan/alumni?

I was eating lunch in a restaurant today and they had a show on that seemed to be about an NCSU fan. The sound was not on, but they showed him shooting a shot at half court, then being in the hospital. The show went on for a while. Anyone know what that was? I would like to watch it.

I am not 100% sure it was ESPN, but it looked like it.
