Staying or going?

From early results, it looks like KK will live up to his rep as a recruiter. My question is how many scholarships will he have to work with for the 2017 roster? Have all decisions by current players been made? If not, how long do they have to decide whether they are staying or going? The available talent pool will begin to shrink fast now that the tourney is almost over.
