After our player losses, that's not too bad. I have read many who think FSU is a definite tourney team.
"The ACC’s second tier (five teams)
4. Louisville
5. Miami
6. Notre Dame
7. N.C. State
8. Florida State
To each his (or her) own with this crowd of NCAA tournament-caliber teams.
Miami (with 6-9 Oklahoma State transfer Kamari Murphy joining senior starters Sheldon McClellan, Angel Rodriguez and Tonye Jekiri from a 25-win team that went 10-8 in the ACC) and Florida State (with 6-6 Dwayne Bacon, a McDonald’s All-American, headlining a well-regarded freshman class that mixes with nine notable returners) should be better in 2015-16.
Louisville (which lost draft picks Terry Rozier and Montrezl Harrell) and Notre Dame (which lost draft picks Jerian Grant and Pat Connaughton) have important holes to fill.
After four straight NCAA tournament appearances, N.C. State has earned some benefit of the doubt, even with the departures of Trevor Lacey, Ralston Turner and Kyle Washington. The Wolfpack lacks depth at point guard and in the post, but it has a strong core of nine players."
