Syracuse, N.Y. — The Syracuse Orange and the North Carolina State Wolfpack will meet in a game critical to both teams' NCAA tournament hopes on Wednesday night at the Carrier Dome.
Syracuse (17-8 overall, 6-6) has won its last two games, including Sunday's 78-70 win over Wake Forest, to even its conference record at .500. North Carolina State has lost two straight to Virginia Tech and North Carolina.
Both Syracuse and N.C. State are currently on the fringe of the NCAA tournament field. This game could end up separating the two bubble teams when the NCAA Selection Committee fills out the tournament field.
The game is scheduled to start at 9 p.m. on the ACC Network (WSTQ in Syracuse).
