In the first half today State players took a ton of bad shots, especially Henderson and Smith, that went in. The announcers were even amazed that these players were taking shots so far behind the 3 point line. This is not the first game this has happened either, especially for Henderson.
Unfortunately percentages will always catch up with you, one way or another, sooner or later. These types of shots are not going to consistently be made. Today it was sooner, the second half.
Wish the UCLA offense could generate higher quality shots on a more regular basis, but it just does not seem to be able to.
