Is anyone else bothered by the copious "UNC Rex" signage throughout PNC arena? Some of you won't care and will say take their money. That's fine and you are entitled to your opinion.
The UNC signage really ticks me off. There are UNC Rex signs painted on the walls above every section entrance in the concourse, on the walls inside the arena above every section on the 3rd level completely encircling the arena, digital banner ads during the games, and more.
This is unacceptable to me and even 1 UNC sign of any kind at our athletics venues is unacceptable. If this bothers you too, please email Debbie Yow (dayow@ncsu.edu) and let her know about it. I have exchanged several emails with her about this topic over the weekend, and I've decided not to renew my basketball season tickets after this year.
