I was surprised to see NC State listed as a 10-seed in this projection. Lunardi and Palm had the Pack as a "Last Four In" 11 seed as of yesterday.

It ultimately depends on how much the committee values Q1 wins. NC State ties Florida State for the most Q1 wins in the ACC with five. The Q3 record is the Pack's resume Achilles. There is still a competitive case to make as long as State doesn't drop another Q3 to Pitt or Wake.
